Who We Are
The Worcester Housing Authority’s Property Management team consists of approximately 25 dedicated professionals who proudly serve our residents. Managing over 3,000 apartments across five satellite offices, our Housing Managers and Assistant Managers oversee every stage of tenancy, from the first apartment showing to move-out day, ensuring that each community runs smoothly. Our administrative support staff work diligently behind the scenes to handle the many details that keep WHA compliant with state and federal regulations. Together, we are committed to providing excellent service, maintaining safe and well-managed properties, and fostering vibrant, supportive communities across Worcester.
