Program Description – Camp Kinneywood
Camp Kinneywood is Girls Inc’s Summer Camp location in the woods of Worcester with a lake front space where we blend the wonders of the natural world with the excitement of hands-on STEM activities. Our camp offers the perfect backdrop for young explorers to ignite their curiosity and creativity. Throughout the week, campers will embark on thrilling adventures, from kayaking on the lake to hiking through the forest, and while learning about the natural world around them. Activities also include lakefront swimming, campfire cooking, arts and crafts, and experiments. On Fridays, all Girls will join us at our indoor location on Providence Street, participating in group games and teambuilding. Each week has a different fun theme such as Wildlife Wonders; Rainbows and Butterflies; or Route to Our Roots.
Program Details
- Incoming first grade girls. Ages 6-13
- Day Programming: Monday-Friday. 8:30am-4:00pm.
- Transportation PROVIDED!
- Program Length: 6 Week Program – July 6th-August 14th
